No where in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be where I am today, serving in full time missions with Street LIFE Ministries (www.streetlife.org).
Throughout my journey being a Christian, I always knew I wanted to do some sort of ministry, but never thought that it'd be in my own home town. I grew up in Flushing so it never occurred to me that this IS a missions field. Upon graduating high school, God was really clear that this was where I am to be, along with going to college full time. So I pursued an undergrad degree in Social Work and since then have been using it in ministry.
I am learning to be faithful with what He has given me and this blog is meant to share my life as I obey Him in the calling of the Great Commission and what He is doing out on the streets of NYC.
